About the role
Salary: $90,000.00 to $124,500.00 Per Year
This position is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major duties
Develops policies and procedures, and monitors the use of appropriated and nonappropriated fund resources impacting MWR activities.
Serves as principal financial advisor to NAF managers as directed.
Develops and implements plans and policies for use of resources.
Formulates and maintains a system of internal management controls. Establishes policies, plans, procedures, reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established controls.
Supervises assigned staff.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience which includes: 1) interpreting and assessing program financial performance using standard financial management systems; 2) interpreting balance sheet and profit and loss statement results; AND 3) applying commercial budgeting techniques.
