LOCATION
On-site in Pontiac, MI
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break
This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone ready to turn their customer service skills into a long-term career. No office experience is required. You'll use the skills you already have to help deliver an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving through the approval process. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way.

- Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months during your first 3 years
- Promotion opportunities available as early as 6 to 9 months based on performance

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide professional phone service to clients and internal teams
- Enter, review and organize loan information and documents within our systems
- Meet daily quality and production goals
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must Have Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software
Strong communication
Attention to detail
Positive, learning-focused attitude
Nice to Have Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services or warehouse operations
- Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word
