Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Data Control Clerk II is to ensure the accurate and timely input of data into the Automated Nursing Scheduling and Staffing System (ANSOS) for the department and maintain the information stored. Provides administrative and general office support services as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of clerical experience, one (1) year of which shall include experience using personal computers and programs such as Excel, Word, etc. Proficiency in data input required. Knowledge of ANSOS (Automated Nursing Staffing and Scheduling) and Banner is highly desirable.
