An exciting opportunity has arisen within Cellular Pathology at North Midlands and Cheshire Pathology Service (NMCPS). We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Consultant in Cellular Pathology to join the existing team of Pathologists. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates with subspecialist reporting interests or experience to fit in with the needs of existing subspecialist reporting teams covering a large, comprehensive and exciting range of diagnostic surgical and non-gynae cytology work.
You will be supported by strong and experienced specialist reporting teams. Opportunities exist to work in a range of subspecialties. The department is involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and is proactive in developing and adopting solutions to maintain high quality sustainable reporting including an expanding scientist reporting strategy, automated laboratory processes and use of PACS based digital image reporting.
