This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Research & Development Finance as an R&D Finance Assistant - Operational Finance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop financial and analytical skills while supporting the delivery of high-quality financial services to research and development business units.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for Raising invoices and requisitions within the Oracle financial system. Assisting with financial data entry, journals, spreadsheets, and control accounts. Investigating invoices, payment, payroll, and coding queries. Supporting the production of monthly management reports. Liaising with budget holders, suppliers, and finance colleagues to resolve financial issues. Monitoring and following up outstanding debts and escalating issues when required. Maintaining accurate financial records, databases, and reporting information.
