Salary: £113565.00 to £150569.00
Applications are invited for the post of Substantive Consultant Neuro-Ophthalmologist at the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB). The post will be based on a full time 10 PA Substantive Post.
This is a post to support UHB Ophthalmology services in Neuro-ophthalmology and the successful applicant will be expected to establish a service to help meet the clinical requirements of the emergency workload from across the region. It is anticipated that the post holder will have post-CCT subspecialty training in Neuro-ophthalmology. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the research portfolio of the department. Whilst the majority of sessions are likely to take place at QEHB, there may be a clinical need for sessions to also be at any of the other hospital sites also.
