An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and dynamic
Registered Nurse, or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
to join our Radiology team as
InterventionalRadiology Clinical Lead
.
In addition to maintaining high standards of clinical practice, the Radiology Clinical Lead will be responsible for workforce planning and management, ensuring safe staffing levels, risk assessment and mitigation, staff training and development, competency management, rostering and supporting service improvements. The post holder will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a responsive, patient-centred service.
