Salary: £49387.00 to £64750.00
We are looking for a full time ACP (Band 8a) / a trainee ACP (Band 7). This is an exciting post to support the day to day Stroke/ TIA Acute Services. If you are a forward thinking ACP or would like to be a trainee ACP this role may well be for you. Advanced Clinical Practitioner is required to support and manage the day to day management of Acute Stroke and TIA Patients. The ACP post holder should be qualified ACP at Masters level, the Trainee currently working towards there masters or willing to under take it.
Please note that professional registration with a relevant professional body is required.
o Assume responsibility for the daily management of Stroke/TIA SDEC and acutestroke management at the front door as well as in-patient strokes.
