About the role
Why Join Valley Medical and Wellness?
- At Valley Medical and Wellness, you won’t be limited to one narrow area of HR. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, take ownership of meaningful projects, and see the direct impact of your contributions on employees, leaders, and the organization.
- We are a growing, entrepreneurial healthcare organization where ideas are welcomed, improvements can be implemented quickly, and people who take initiative are trusted with real responsibility. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, execute the work, and take responsibility for getting it across the finish line.
- You’ll work closely with experienced senior leadership while gaining broad exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, compliance, payroll, auditing, and process improvement.
- For the right person who demonstrates strong performance, initiative, sound judgment, and alignment with our culture, this role also offers meaningful opportunities for continued professional growth and expanded responsibility.
- If you are organized, resourceful, and motivated by turning priorities into completed work, not simply by identifying what needs to be done... we would love to meet you.
