What You’ll Do
As a Support Partner, you’ll work one-on-one with a person in their home and community. Your role is about partnership, not “doing for”—you’ll support with daily living activities, community engagement, and personal goals. This includes:
Personal care (bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, transferring with a Hoyer lift)
Transportation using a wheelchair-accessible van
Medication administration and healthcare appointments
Household tasks like shopping and cleaning
Supporting technology use (iPads, laptops, Alexa)
Encouraging community involvement and recreation
Part-time weekend position available!

A high school diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
at least 1 year experience supporting people to live in the community
current CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred
CNA preferred but not required
must have valid driver's license with clean driving record
must be creative in the community
Be or willing to be Covid-19 Vaccinated prior to employment
Personal or professional experience with people with intellectual disabilities and a mental health diagnosis is a plus but not a requirement
