Time Requirements
This position will require between 16-30 hours per week depending on need and availability.
Position Duties
The VTS Processing team member will efficiently process donated goods into priced, sellable merchandise.
Excellent Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer/donor experience for all customers
Effectively share Vapor mission with customers
Donation Sorting
- Inspect each item that is donated for quality
- Adhere to the departmental sorting systems
- Establish proper set-up of the donation/processing systems
Accurate Pricing
Demonstrate thorough product knowledge
Perform quality evaluation and control
Utilize pricing guide effectively
Maintain Work Space
- Ensure a properly organized workspace
- Ensure a clean workspace at the closing
- Assist the Retail Team with the opening and closing checklists
Cultural Development
Actively participate in Holistic Development Plan (HDP)
Participate in One-on-One process
Attend daily Huddle
Understand and adhere to Vapor Ministries’ preferred culture
