Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Performs various functions to support the manufacturing of pigment in accordance with quality standards and production schedules.
Responsibilities:
Follow directions, policies, written job instructions, and adhere to safety protocols.
Manufacturing products according to specifications and work orders
Monitor product quality against established parameters
Conduct inspections on raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods
Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets
Document relevant information accurately and efficiently
Utilize computer systems for data entry and communication purposes
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly when needed
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma OR GED Required
Shift Flexible
Able to read/write/speak and comprehend English with fluency
Must be able to pass Physical Assessment
Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred
Must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
