We are looking for someone
who will share our commitment to providing excellent healthcare and will liaise
with the partners where appropriate to ensure continuity of care. The candidate
must be fully registered with the General Medical Council, have suitable medical indemnity
insurance, and be listed on the performers list for general medical
services.
The
post-holder will work as part of a team, dealing with a wide range of health
needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all
registered patients.
In accordance with the Practice timetable, the post-holder will undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, home visits, checking and signing repeat prescriptions, reviewing results and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.
