Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Collaborate with the management team to improve day-to-day operations.
Manage financial aspects of the operation.
Cultivate relationships with guests to ensure personalized service and memorable experiences.
Develop and maintain relationships with nightlife clientele.
Build and develop the Security Team (Goodwill Ambassadors)
Close the restaurant/bar Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
