What You'll Do
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping homeowners maintain safe, comfortable, and efficient homes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups.
- Replace defective components and restore system performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and homeowner comfort.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay current with industry advancements, product knowledge, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.
- HVAC certifications and applicable licenses.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
