Key Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained
- Assist guests with menu selections, including recommendations on seafood dishes and specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, stations, and service areas
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a food server in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
