- E.L. Harvey & Sons has an immediate position open for a
Facilities Maintenance Technician in
- Westborough, MA to work on our fleet of equipment.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 3pm start / 50-55 hours per week. Saturday's as needed
- Pay Rate: $32.00 + $3.00 shift differential
- Earning potential of $90,000+ annually with available overtime and bonus opportunities.
As a technician with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Performs inspections, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, air, and hydraulic systems on equipment such as conveyors, paper and cardboard screen, ballistic screen, optical screen, balers, and others.
- Will power wash heavy equipment during routine preventative maintenance.
- Complete required paperwork utilizing equipment maintenance software program.
- Reviews and completes repairs identified on Daily Inspection Reports.
- Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
- Performs services calls for emergency breakdowns that may take place in the MRF.
Other duties as assigned
What we need from you:
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Previous experience on Industrial Machinery
- Accustomed to changes in priorities and responding professionally to urgent matters
- Welding/fabrication experience is a huge plus!
