Resident Assistant / Caregiver – Assisted Living & Memory Care
No experience? No problem! We will train compassionate individuals who are ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
Waterford is hiring caring and dependable Resident Assistants to provide personal care and support to our residents. If you have a heart for helping others and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Respond to resident needs and call lights
Observe and report changes in condition
Document care provided
Promote resident dignity, safety, and independence
Support residents in daily activities and social engagement
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred, but not required

Requirements
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and dependable
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
No experience? We provide paid training for the right candidate!
