We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Senior Neuro Physiotherapist to join the Hounslow Community Neuro-rehabilitation Team on a part-time, permanent basis, working 26.25 hours per week.
The Hounslow Community Neuro Rehab Team (CNRT) is a client-centred, integrated multi-disciplinary team. We
work across both intensive short-term rehab and longer-term rehab pathways supporting patients with a variety of neurological conditions. There are opportunities to develop skills in specialist neuro-rehab assessment and, in long-term condition management. There is a strong focus on working with patients to achieve personal set goals.
