Salary: £13 an hour
We are looking for a Care Navigator to join our reception team with a working pattern of 30 hours over five days Monday to Friday with the following shifts:
- The primary focus of the role is to receive, assist, and direct patients (care navigation) in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way.
