About the role

Due to ongoing expansion of our clinical team, we are
looking for an enthusiastic qualified ANP with current registration to work
within our multi-disciplinary team within both the practice and also within the
local community. The postholder will be an experienced, autonomous clinician
who provides high-quality, patient-centred care. This exciting full-time
salaried role splits time between clinic-based consultations and home visits.
Patients include the housebound, frail, or complex demographic. The ANP utilises
advanced physical assessment, diagnostic, and independent prescribing skills to
manage undifferentiated presentations.
You will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of our patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner, using your advanced clinical practice skills, and own clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, or refer patients.
