Applications are invited for the post of Locum Consultant Dermatologist
at Whittington Health NHS Trust. This is a fixed term post comprising of 8 programmed activities at Whittington Hospital with clinics in paediatric dermatology, general dermatology, skin cancer screening, dermatological surgery, with the opportunity to substitute a programmed activity for teledermatology (adult/paediatric) depending on service need.

The Dermatology department is actively involved in clinical research and regularly participates in international clinical trials. The Surgery & Cancer ICSU is keen to extend its research programme into the field of dermatology and will assist in applying for research grants where appropriate. We have a dedicated Research Team in the Trust that assists with clinical trials. It is of particular importance to the hospital that the postholder fosters excellent collaborative working relationships with local GPs, both individually and through the CCG
