The Opportunity
The Assistant Manager role is critical to delivering strong business performance, an exceptional customer experience, and a high-performing team environment. You will contribute to sales, operations, and team success while ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely, and consistently.
What You’ll Do
Support daily operations, customer experience, and site performance
Drive sales performance and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships
Maintain site standards including cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Resolve customer concerns and support retention
Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards
