Job Summary
Conduct day to day pump setup and testing, working with production and independently.
Primary Job Duties: Prepare pumps model for testing.
Assemble and/or assist building pipe test loops (some heavy lifting involved, with available lifting devices)
Operate overhead bridge crane to maneuver pumps into place
Configure test instrumentation for each test (training provided)
Execute actual tests
Prepare and distribute raw data for analysis by Engineering
Create and maintain documentation for each test
Equipment maintenance
General shop duties (cleaning, filing, maintaining production records, etc)
1st shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Requirements
Education and Experience
High School Diploma - or the equivalent
Minimum 6 months experience working in a test lab (any kind)
Experience assembling mechanical components
Experience with MS Excel
Some lifting up to 50 lbs.
