Salary: £49,643 - £59,994
CCAB qualified, with at least five years’ post-qualification experience and strong technical finance expertise.
Proven experience leading and developing a Finance team, ideally within FE or a similar organisation.
Confident managing computerised accounting systems, producing timely financial reports and completing monthly balance sheet reviews.
Advanced Excel skills, with experience in project accounting, costing products and assessing financial viability.
A forward-thinking approach to improving financial processes, embracing AI, automation and smarter ways of working.
Commercially minded and highly organised, able to prioritise independently, meet tight deadlines and communicate complex financial information clearly.
