Overview
Join ARS/Rescue Rooter, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience.
We're looking for experienced Dispatchers to join our team. This position will coordinate service calls, communicate with technicians and customers to help ensure jobs are shceduled and completed efficiently.
Starting Pay: $18/hr, increasing to $19/hr. after 90 days of employment.
Full-time, year-round work
Schedule
- Must be available to work every other weekend
- Shift start times may vary between 11am and 1pm
- Shift end times may vary between 8pm and 10pm
- Specific shift times may vary based on business need

Responsibilities
Key Reponsibilities
- Dispatch technicians based on location, availability and service needs
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates
- Monitor schedules and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate service and customer information.
- Work closely with other departments to help resolve service issues.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
What You Need
- Previous dispatch and scheduling experience REQUIRED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
