The Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancer Clinical Nurse team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to join a dynamic and welcoming group of 16 staff on a fixed term secondment to 31st March 2027.
Manage a large GI cancer cohort, including around 600 active patients requiring CNS intervention and holistic support, and more than 1,000 patients on a remote surveillance programme.
Act as a consistent point of contact across the cancer pathway, developing therapeutic relationships to ensure patients and families feel informed, supported, and involved in decisions. Advocate for patient preferences to maintain personalised, responsive care.
