About the role
Salary: £45,000 a year
pro rata for part time
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an
experienced Project Manager to play a key role in delivering ABL's strategic
change agenda and driving tangible operational improvements across the
organisation
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of change, transformation, efficiency and process improvement projects, leading them through the full project lifecycle from business case development and initiation through to implementation and closure. You will develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects deliver their agreed objectives and measurable business benefits. Working closely with departments across the organisation, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes and reduce costs, facilitate process mapping and improvement workshops, and support the implementation of sustainable new ways of working. You will apply PRINCE2 principles to ensure effective project governance, maintain project documentation and RAID logs, and provide clear reporting to senior management and the Change Board. The role will involve building strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating meetings and decision-making forums, and influencing stakeholders to support successful outcomes. You will also define and monitor benefits, ensure improvements are embedded into business operations, and contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned activities, working alongside the Health Equity Performance Lead where operational or process change is required.
ABL is seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of business change, operational efficiency, and process improvement initiatives across the organisation. The role will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects from inception through to implementation and benefits realisation, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timescales, budgets and quality standards.
