Your Role as Deputy Manager Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the home.

This role supports children with complex needs to create a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment. We seek a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join us from the beginning. You will report to the Registered Manager and play a key role in the home's daily operations. Responsibilities include supporting and supervising staff, maintaining care standards, leading on care planning, promoting a child-centred approach, and taking responsibility in the Registered Manager's absence. You will also build strong relationships with families, professionals, and agencies while helping to create a warm, structured environment. On-call duties are included.
