Your key responsibilities will include: Championing choice, dignity and personcentred care for every resident Reviewing and adapting care plans in partnership with residents, families, staff and professionals Monitoring and auditing service quality and acting swiftly on areas of improvement Managing risk assessments and safeguarding practices to keep residents safe Recruiting, inducting, mentoring and developing your team Leading with confidence on HR matters, including performance and conduct
