Package Description: We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead our growing supported living services across the East Midlands. With seven established services currently operating across Staffordshire and Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire, this is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio that supports adults to live independently within their own homes and communities. Our services support people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and mobility-related support requirements. As Registered Manager, you will provide leadership across all locations, working closely with a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. This is a particularly exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and develop the region. We are currently progressing a split of our CQC registration and are invested in strengthening our management structure to support future expansion. This role is based from our existing office in Leicester.

As Registered Manager, you will lead all locations, working with a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers to deliver high-quality support. You will ensure service delivery, work with families and professionals, complete audits, manage risk, lead teams, manage resources, oversee incidents, and sustain strong commissioner relationships. Previous experience as a Registered Manager is desirable. A management qualification and experience in supported living, learning disabilities, or autism services is required.
