In this pivotal role, you will shape the direction of the service, driving a culture of excellence and empowering your team to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care. Working closely with the London Learning Disability Locality Manager, youll have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and continuously improve the serviceensuring it remains safe, effective, and truly responsive to the needs of the people we support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Ensuring the people we support are at the heart of every decision, promoting independence, choice, dignity and community inclusion. Reviewing support arrangements and person-centred plans to ensure they continue to meet individuals' changing needs, aspirations and outcomes.
