Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to review retirement, Medicare, life insurance, and asset protection needs
- Educate individuals and families on available insurance and financial solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and service
- Customize recommendations using access to multiple top-rated insurance carriers
- Follow up with prospects and referrals in a professional and timely manner
- Attend training, mentorship, and team development meetings
- Manage your schedule and business pipeline independently
- Stay current on products, compliance requirements, and industry changes
- Work collaboratively with local leadership and support teams to grow your business
- Provide a high level of client care before, during, and after enrollment

Requirements
Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
