Compensation: $70,000-$106,000 annualized for full-time ; paid bi-weekly

Role Summary
The Licensed Psychotherapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to adults. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR , ACT)
Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 clients per week
Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 20 clients per week
Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
$70,000-$106,000 annualized for full-time; paid bi-weekly

Requirements
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP, or LLP in Michigan
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field or Psychology doctoral degree
Experience and demonstrated ability to assess and treat adults and adolescents 18+
Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
Experience working independently within a team
