Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Chef de Partie at Beaconsfield Care Home in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Your focus as Chef de Partie will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive and high-quality culinary service, which contributes to the overall wellbeing of the residents. Other responsibilities will include taking part in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments to discuss and agree catering functions across the home, preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, supporting cost-effective stock control systems, and working with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and review the menu.
