At Avery Healthcare, finance is about more than numbers. It's about enabling great decisions, supporting operational excellence, and helping our care homes deliver exceptional experiences for residents and families. As a Regional FP&A Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to Regional Directors and Home Managers across a portfolio of care homes, providing insightful financial analysis and supporting decision-making to drive commercial performance. The role involves analyzing monthly financial results, challenging spending, supporting the delivery of financial targets, and leading budgeting processes to align with operational plans. We seek a qualified accountant experienced in FP&A or finance business partnering roles, with advanced Excel skills and strong stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with healthcare, care homes, or multi-site operations, as well as experience with tools like Power BI, would be beneficial.
