As a Home Manager at Barchester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring delivery of top-tier person-centred care for the elderly and vulnerable. The position offers an opportunity to work in newly built, state-of-the-art care homes. Responsibilities include recruitment and development of teams, working with project teams, and establishing the home within the community. You will set the groundwork for an exceptional care home and drive it through its first inspection. We offer a rewarding package including a competitive salary, up to 100% bonuses, a £2.5k opening bonus, and additional quality-based bonuses. We seek individuals with experience managing or opening new care homes, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines. The role requires a successful marketing and business track record, particularly with privately funded luxury care homes.
