About BCRC
- Make a meaningful difference by helping adults and high school students with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities build independence, develop skills, and achieve success through community activities, volunteer opportunities, and paid employment.
- As a part-time Job Coach, you will work 3 to 4 weekdays.
- Schedule: Varies by department: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
No nights
No weekends
No holidays
Youth Services program offers the option of summers off
As a part-time Job Coach your pay and benefits will be:
$18.40 / hour
Eleven paid holidays
Paid Time Off which begins accruing immediately.

No experience required. BCRC values and provides paid training for all staff.
In this role, you will:
- Support participants in developing life, social, and prevocational skills both on-site and in the community.
- Engage participants in meaningful social and community activities, including volunteering, arts, sports and cultural events, and other community experiences.
- Coach participants through job shadowing while developing job skills, confidence, and workplace success.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass criminal background checks.
