Who Should Join
Our Early Talent Community is designed for undergraduate and graduate college students, as well as recent graduates, interested in exploring new grad/full-time development program, internship, and career exploration opportunities with Belk.
Belk Early Talent Program Requirements
Candidates interested in Belk's Early Talent Programs should meet the following general qualifications:
- Education: Relevant major and academic foundation with the selected career track
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher
- Recently earned a bachelor’s degree or higher (May 2026 graduate)
- Academic Performance: Minimum
3.2 cumulative GPA
- Relevant Experience: Classroom, academic project, leadership, internship, or work experience that demonstrates skills relevant to the program or career track
- Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Location: Willing and able to relocate to the
- Charlotte, NC area for the duration of the program term.
- Specific skill-based needs, eligibility requirements, and qualifications may vary by program and career track.
