An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised
Band 3 Clinic Co-ordinator (Float)
to join the Primary Care Dental Service (PCDS).
Coordinate clinics, patient appointments and waiting lists across multiple sites.
Organise domiciliary appointments and associated support requirements.
Act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, clinicians and external agencies.
Manage patient enquiries by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems.
Support service continuity by providing flexible cover across community dental locations.
Participate in service improvement, audit and quality initiatives.
