- 🧹 About the Role
- Britsafe is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Chadderton. The successful candidate will help maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness throughout a Fabrication Department and associated Clean Room environments.
- Due to the nature of the work within the fabrication area, a Cleanroom Suit must be worn whilst carrying out duties.
- ✅ Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Clean and maintain floors, work surfaces, machinery, and equipment
- ✔ Clean washrooms, welfare facilities, and office areas
- ✔ Ensure Clean Rooms meet strict hygiene and cleanliness standards
- ✔ Follow all company procedures relating to controlled and sterile environments
- ✔ Use cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment safely and correctly
- ✔ Report maintenance issues, damage, or cleanliness concerns promptly
- ✔ Maintain high standards of housekeeping at all times
- 📋 Requirements
- ✔ Previous cleaning experience preferred (industrial, manufacturing, or controlled environments desirable)
- ✔ Ability to follow hygiene, health & safety, and site procedures
- ✔ Strong attention to detail
- ✔ Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- ✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team
- ✔ Must be available to work every Saturday
