Burnley Group Practice is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to independently assess, diagnose and manage patients, bringing expertise, confidence and compassionate care to every consultation. As part of a large, innovative practice, you'll encounter a varied and rewarding caseload, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in patient care.
Working in a well established multi-disciplinary team, You will be an experienced and registered Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist with the knowledge, skills and ability to practice autonomously without direct supervision. You will utilise advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat and refer patients requiring clinical services and recognise the need for and initiate referral for relevant diagnostic investigations or for advice of relevant specialities. This will be via telephone triage and consultation and carrying out Home Visits as required.
