Requirements
Responsibilities
Process manufacturer and distributor warranty claims accurately and on time
Review repair orders and supporting documentation for claim eligibility
Submit warranty claims and monitor payment status
Reconcile warranty receivables and accounting schedules
Resubmit rejected claims and resolve claim discrepancies
Post warranty credits and maintain accurate records
Communicate regularly with Service Managers regarding outstanding claims
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
Maintain organized digital and physical warranty files
Qualifications
Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
Experience processing warranty claims strongly preferred
Knowledge of manufacturer warranty submission procedures
CDK experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software
High School Diploma or equivalent
