Salary: £28,173 a year
per annum, pro rata
Fixed term/Secondment - 12 months
The Catering Retail Supervi is responsible for the daily supervision
of staffing and service delivery of the Retail Services at University Hospital
north Durha within prescribed budgetary limits, providing a comprehensive, high
quality, cost effective and safe service to patients, staff and visitors and
external contracts which is responsive to their changing needs.
In conjunction with the Catering Retail Manager responsible
for ensuring retail users are offered a choice or nutritious meals and snacks,
appropriate for their health needs and religious dietary requirement whilst
ensuring that all national policies relating to NHS Catering are adhered to.
