About the role
Salary: £16.50 to £18.00
**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAYS**
Conduct medication reviews and medicines reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues.
Provide patient education and counselling on medication use, including but not limited to inhaler technique, side effects, and storage.
Support medication adherence initiatives, such as dose administration aids and reminder systems.
Participate in medication review clinics and other patient-centred activities.
Support achievement of QOF
- Provide training and support to prescription clerks/administration staff
- Process prescriptions efficiently and accurately
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services within the practice and PCN.
- Stay informed about current best practices and developments in medicines optimisation.
