We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Staff Nurse
to join our team at the Fletcher Inpatient Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users by delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in line with clinical standards.
Provide named nurse responsibility for allocated patients.
Offer leadership, supervision, and support to junior staff--both qualified and unqualified--during shifts.
Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to maintain high standards of care.
Contribute to teaching and supporting nursing and non-nursing staff.
Deputise for the Clinical Team Leader and Unit Manager when required.
