Salary: £32073.00 to £39043.00
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Band 5 nurse who would like to be part of a very busy and forward thinking Outpatient Team.
Participate in the delivery of Outpatient services ensuring strategic organisational objectives are reflected by the patient experience
To continuously develop the knowledge and skills to be a confident and competent professional in all areas of Outpatient Services, including nurse-lead clinics and to undertake other duties as required in keeping with the expectations of a Band 5 Registered Nurse
To ensure a welcoming, caring and safe environment is provided for patients and their carers demonstrating the 6 C's of nursing care within all interactions.
Promote and maintain good interpersonal relationships with all users of Outpatient Services
To develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge necessary to provide research informed, evidence based nursing care
Provide treatment and support for patients with complex wound care needs.
Provide treatment and support to patients receiving IV therapy
Provide treatment and support for patients receiving Phototherapy and undertake training as required.
Support junior staff and students in all aspects of Outpatient care.
