high-quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients,
doctors, staff, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals, portraying the
Practice in the highest possible professional manner.
Receptionists are responsible for ensuring patients can access the healthcare services they need efficiently and courteously. They play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the practice and in ensuring the smooth flow of communication between patients and staff.
