We are looking for a friendly, organised and compassionate Receptionist to join our busy GP practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, helping patients access the care they need, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. As a GP Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a friendly and professional service both in person and over the telephone. Duties include booking and managing appointments, signposting patients to the most appropriate service, handling enquiries, processing requests, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. You will work closely with clinicians and colleagues to ensure patients receive timely access to care while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
