An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the South Derbyshire community mental health team.
Be able to communicate complex, and sensitive information in circumstances where mental ill health creates barriers to understanding, and to overcome barriers to establishing good relationships to enable care planning and collaborative working.
